Our Carpet Cleaning Equipment
When it comes to carpet cleaning we use the RX20 Rotary Extractor Wand which is arguably the best machine on the market. It has five vacuum heads and three spray jets that rotate at 130 RPM. This power allows it to effectively remove the toughest stain and dirt without the use of harsh chemicals.
The cleaning detergent we use is called Procyon Plus Powder. It is Green Seal Certified, IAQ Approved, and CRI Approved. Not to mention that Procyon Plus is also nontoxic, odorless, colorless, hypoallergenic, and leaves behind no soapy stick residue.
By combining the RX20 Rotary Extractor Wand with Procyon Plus Powder we can offer the most effective cleaning process without having to use enzyme-based detergents or volatile organic compounds to remove stains.
We use the CDS 4.6 truckmount [change if necessary] which provides our RX20 Rotary Extractor Wands with powerful vacuuming power. The best part about this truckmount is that it runs quiet and doesn’t disturb neighbors, even during evening jobs. The CDS 4.6 also allows us to heat up water up to 205 Fahrenheit for hot water extraction. [Steam cleaning if the temperature exceeds 212 like with the CDS 4.8]
Our Tile Cleaning Equipment
Although getting on our knees and hands to clean tile and grout would make us look like we’re working hard, it wouldn’t get nearly the same results that our Hydro-Force SX-12 cleaning tool does. It’s specifically designed for cleaning grout and tile and is so effective that it can turn blackened grout into white grout again.
Using the Hydro-Force SX-12 allows us to clean uneven stones as well as tile surfaces and smooth concrete. So even with floors that are made of natural stone, we can still give them that luster that home owners love.
